Crimson Performance Healthcare Inc.

Last Updated: July 13, 2026

This page explains how to permanently delete your account for the Crimson Health mobile app and the Crimson patient portal, published by Crimson Performance Healthcare Inc. You can delete your account yourself from within the app, or request deletion by email if you no longer have access to the app.

How to Delete Your Account in the App

  1. Open the Crimson Health app and sign in.
  2. Tap your initials in the top-right corner of the Home screen to open your Profile.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the Profile screen and tap Delete account.
  4. Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete my account.

Your account is deleted immediately and you will be signed out. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

How to Request Deletion Without the App

If you have uninstalled the app or can no longer sign in, you can request that your account and associated data be deleted by emailing support@crimson.healthcare with the subject line “Account deletion request.”

Please send the request from the email address associated with your Crimson Health account. We will verify your identity before processing the request and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What Is Deleted

When your account is deleted, we delete:

  • Your login credentials and access to the app and patient portal.
  • Your profile information and preferences.
  • Your connected wearables and synced device data.

What Is Retained, and for How Long

Crimson is a healthcare provider, and some records cannot be deleted on request:

  • Medical records created during your care — such as visit notes, prescriptions, and lab results — are retained for the period required by federal and state medical-records laws. After your account is deleted, these records are no longer accessible to you through the app, but they remain in our secure clinical systems for the legally required retention period.
  • Billing and payment records are retained as required by tax, accounting, and other legal obligations.

Once the applicable retention period ends, retained records are securely disposed of. For details on how we protect your health information, see our Notice of Privacy Practices.
