How you age is up to you.
Constantly updated. A living protocol, built from your bloodwork, treatment history and wearables. Powered by Crimson Intelligence and updated every time your data changes.

Lifespan has grown. Healthspan has not kept pace.
Across 183 countries, people live an average of 9.6 years in poor health at the end of life, and the gap is widening. In the United States it is the largest in the world, at 12.4 years. Those years are mostly chronic disease: heart disease, metabolic disease, kidney decline, cancer.
Each of those has a biomarker signature that moves years before symptoms. ApoB counts the particles that drive atherosclerosis more accurately than LDL cholesterol. Fasting insulin and HbA1c track metabolic strain before blood sugar is abnormal. hs-CRP measures the low-grade inflammation that runs underneath all of it. Measuring them early is the difference between prevention and treatment.
Longevity starts with the markers that predict it.
A count of every cholesterol-carrying particle that can enter the artery wall (LDL, VLDL and Lp(a) each carry one ApoB). A more direct measure of atherogenic particle burden than LDL cholesterol alone.
Measured, treated, and measured again.
Every Crimson longevity protocol is built on a comprehensive biomarker baseline, followed by physician-led treatment, objective monitoring, and ongoing refinement. With your consent, we use health data in an IRB-approved research protocol with the University of Utah to learn what works and keep improving our protocols.

Our protocol options.
Your lab results define the clinical indication. Your goals and history shape the protocol design. Your physician decides what, if anything, is prescribed.

GLP-1 Therapy
Compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide in a longevity protocol, with or without weight to lose. In a 32-week randomized trial, weekly semaglutide slowed the measured pace of epigenetic aging by about 9% and lowered several epigenetic age clocks. Its use for longevity is off-label and still being studied.

NAD+
A coenzyme present in every cell, central to energy metabolism, DNA repair and sirtuin signaling. Tissue NAD+ levels decline with age, and restoring them is an active area of healthspan research.

Daily Tadalafil
A PDE5 inhibitor taken daily at a low dose rather than on demand, so blood levels stay steady. Beyond its approved uses, regular tadalafil has improved measures of blood-vessel (endothelial) function in small trials, and vascular health is being studied as a longevity lever.

GHK-Cu Cream
A copper peptide found naturally in skin, where its levels fall with age. Applied as a compounded cream, GHK-Cu has been studied for collagen production, skin firmness, wrinkle depth and wound repair.
Compounded medications are prepared by a licensed pharmacy for an individual patient. They are not FDA-approved and have not been reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness or quality. Where a medication is used outside its approved indication, that decision is your physician’s, made from your labs and history.
